Class “D” – Maintenance Service Level

 

 

Inspected every 6 weeks

Overview. 

Class “D” areas will receive a low level of regular routine maintenance with regular monitoring, and adjustments shall be utilized to keep the area generally appealing while minimizing hazards.

​

General Maintenance.

Graffiti and vandalism issues are handled promptly after notification.

​

Horticulture Maintenance. 

Plants are maintained on an as-needed basis, areas will be mostly made up of native plantings and should only need minimal maintenance

Poison is highly utilized to reduce the maintenance level, some wiper snipping will be required during the growing period.

Grass Management.

Mow to the specific standard for grasslands (Non-irrigated)

​

Hardscape Maintenance. 

Surfaces are free of glass, litter, debris, and trip hazards at the time of inspection or if a complaint is made.
