Open Space Services offers services for open space management for Councils and Schools

​Our main service is Playground audits with schools and councils who treat it as insurance for children.

​Our main focus is people's safety, play equipment can rust or corrode in places that are not seen, softfall depth can cause brain injury, reducing that person's quality of life. We have a state-of-the-art impact testing device that is also mentioned under the playground section, we are the Australian distributor for this brand of equipment.

​​Schedule audits will usually occur for playgrounds every year.

We focus on quality rather than quantity, our inspections are comprehensive and detailed, in places and when it can be carried out, we use drone photography to identify the locations of the items and overlay the photo with the identified item serial numbers which are allocated when inspected. The drone operator is a licensed operator.

We have a level 5 Arborist who inspects the trees near the play equipment and reports on what works need to be carried out in regards to the play space if needed.
